By accessing or using Vagoshit. ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Vagoshit. is operated by Resonant Labs.
Vagoshit. is a group coordination app that helps friends plan activities, share availability, vote on event options, and communicate via group chats and channels. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (messages, event details, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Resonant Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and other members of your groups.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not pre-screen user content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or data loss.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Resonant Labs does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resonant Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or an in-app notice).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
